Acer? the worst computer manufacturer on the planet. I learned that the hard way when I bought a $ 1,700 PC Acer junk. I sent my laptop to the company? Acer to all types of technical problems, but Acer could not fix my PC. I ended up screaming out loud at the Acer technicians for their bad products and bad service, experience the nightmare that other PC buyers should avoid. I think Acer makes their garbage without even test the damn thing. The idiots at Acer, the company should be prevented from doing anything.

This monitor? beautiful, clear and well designed. Not? For?, Easy to use. Because of the way in ASUS wrote their properties?, Video cards that tell what to do and poorly designed nVidia video driver for this monitor did not work out of the box. In reality?,? caused Windows to enter a state where the screen was completely black on boot up. It took three attempts and two different solutions to finally get to work with the nVidia 6800 video card. It ‘was a very, very bad, which left my girlfriend in tears as his computer was not working properly after a reboot. Not only is this? sad, no? right. What was supposed to be a fantastic gift has now had a totally negative.
For this reason I have a Mac this would never, ever happen on Apple hardware. I can think of no better reason to stop and think: “Why?” I have a Windows machine when I do this kind of shit? “
I work with both operating systems for all time and this sort of nightmare? common. Not? right, and? pathetic that we, as customers put up with it. The fault here is not? Microsoft, but Asus and nVidia. Both products are new and dispatch still does not even begin to work together without custom timing information be in writing and put the computer in a black screen? was absolutely inexcusable for the effect it has on users. S?, I can understand what went wrong, how to teach design and manufacture of drivers for Windows machines. But a layman? at least it will be? very frustrated and more? SUPER angry.
I am not a happy camper. Some have no problem at all with this monitor and for them it is a fantastic purchase. For those who do not have the combination of hardware and that this will work for? very very unhappy. Unfortunately, there ‘? really a good source of what will? and will not work?. I looked, I called, I do not use Google much. Even some Nvidia 8800 cards apparently fail at this. Vista sometimes works, sometimes not? cos?. This? cos? Windows as a product. Once again,? Mine? Amazon arrived with a stuck bright pixel at the center of the screen. Intolerable to use a monitor. Acer should have the quality control? better, then. Do not buy this monitor.

The exchange between analog and digital input? painful, I use this function as a monitor to swap between two PCs.
Pc if one of them? off, I can not switch from analog to digital to reach the other. . . . * this (in a nutshell) sucks.
other then that. . . well. . . This is a monitor or works and looks good or not? cos?. I like to give 4stars color, but the analog / digital aggrevation connection made me hit the bottom. ? cheap. . . cos? I consider it the same way I think a disposible contact lens. . . useful for now.
