The order of this item? was accidentally made by the thumb resting on the touchpad while I was browsing netbook.
In five minutes, I received an order confirmation email. The one-touch ordering system is fine, and before I asked what I would do if something like that? happened. In all my previous orders from Amazon, I discovered that I had 30 minutes to correct an error like this. In this case, for reasons that I have not yet understood, this option was not available, in fact, I’m educated, “This portion of your order? In preparation for shipment and can not be canceled or changed Create a review.”. What?. . . , This? review.

I had been brought, based on previous experience, to think that I had time to correct that error. But in this case, there was absolutely no mechanism for me to say whoops, no? this us? I wanted to do. Amazon should, indeed, must provide some way for a customer to correct that error. I can not understand why? did not do so in this case.

Now, I must say that I would probably deliberately ordered this netbook anyway (it was one of my first two choices). However, the fact that the site has put me in this situation really p. . . es me off.

When I get the netbook, and if I decide not to return without opening it, write? a review of the same element.

If you’re in the market for this type of device, do not buy an Acer.

In a nutshell, it works well and nobody cares.

Purchased the unit? at a national retail chain when it was on sale three weeks ago.

I was setting up for the first time, step by step. When I was entering my wireless security key, the screen went out. I knew I did nothing wrong, but maybe I did. What? I started it all. Nothing has worked since: frozen screen, error messages, etc. I tried to set at least six times with 3 hours of pure frustration.

What? I returned the thing and tried to have an exchange to give another blow as a result of the sale price. They still have no stock in the warehouse or stores nearby three weeks later.

The only one I? and a lemon? was unfortunate. But my first experience with Acer? really bad and I am very uncertain whether I have to go back to it.

Maybe I should pay extra for a Toshiba or Sony. My wife ordered a HP netbook from Amazon and two weeks when it was in use at the airport on route to Asia, its wireless feature did not work. But the HP customer service was good enough so that the CV? been established in Asia, when she was l?.

Not sure what kind of Acer provides customer support.

This Acer? very attractive due to its size and design. After several months of use a serious defect? came to light: the AC / DC August ping inside the computer? connected to the computer’s main paper, so? breaking up after the use of light could not be resolved without a major investment for a new card, almost as much as the cost of small car to begin with. This? without a doubt one of the major design flaws that will keep? this model very close to the basket, or in the repair shop on a permanent basis. I would not recommend its purchase. Acer and its affiliated repair shops have been quick to claim that this defect was not covered in its guarantee, which has made this even worse flaw. ACER Maybe you should learn a lesson from Toyota instead of selling a model of pure lemon. Attention.

I just got this netbook for 2 weeks. If I play the music? pi? like 20 minutes, it makes noise and huge crashes. I have to reboot the system to be able to use it again.
