This laptop is not exactly what I expected, most of the pieces are made in China, very easy to decipher. The picture looks nice but after you like a toy laptop. Heats up and resolutions of the LCD screen graphics are very bad. Webcam is not compatible with different messengers. Do not go for items China is not without value, I have my old PC, and is much better than this.

Wow, so that the laptop is still beautiful, but can not say the same for the Amazon customer service number # 2. After ASUS said Amazon was responsible for the entries added (free backpack and mouse), I sent this information to customer service. They in turn emailed to say that it could not replace items from one set and would send a new complex in instead. Got the replacement today and no backpack or mouse. In fact, the product page is now deleted from the line description (I have a screenshot with it in there). So I need to send back the replacement, but Amazon provide a prepaid label. . . . NO. So now I had to take time away from work to find a mailbox store, pay for the article (That should never send error AMZ’s) and then they ask for a refund on shipping. If they had just said to the item description was wrong, first, no big deal, but now I have to jump through hoops to send back something that should never have been sent. . . . terrible service! I’m an avid Amazon shopper, But this is ridiculous, Newegg and a lot of other sellers supply prepaid labels with their initial shipment, can not understand how one can know for Amazon hard.

It seems ridiculous, as orders can sometimes become annoying, Asus laptop seems to be in this category. Two ASUS bad, the blue-A1 N10JH shown repeatedly trying to get to the desktop and constantly when trying to use HDMI and ASUS have resolved and returned to Amazon, the bag and the mouse did not. . The N61JQ-X1 blue screened during the initial setup, blue screened twice during the streaming video on the Internet. Mice missing. Advertise with premium amplified sound, added cone etc. speakers from Amazon and hardware features, Asus did not exist.
This unit, a G51Jx Asus-X3 was purchased for more specific graphic skill game that we do (PS3 grandchildren). Amazon has announced the Republic of backpack notebook players and optical mouse Razor, like Asus, and about every utube or review visa. Our unit has received today, NO BAG or mouse. AMAZON HAVE e-mail, Amazon COMPUTER SALES COMPANY and called. REVIEW and UPDATE will report when the response to these deficiencies Amazon is final.
QUESTION: Is there anyone else who noticed the circular grid (2-1/2-3 ) on the bottom of the laptop to the bottom subwoofer shot touted in many reviews for all 51 units G Asus missing? Would love to hear who has or who has not. Unfortunately this was one of the decisive factors for the best sound we were looking for when it was N61Jq (see website of Asus products, laptops, gaming laptops, then click on the N61 then N61Jq, watch and description watch video to see what we mean), Amazon is changing their ads after our complaint on this issue.

After a / COMPAQ HP laptop that was my second. I chose the Asus after examining each model offered on the website of Amazon. com. I have over a hundred a hundred good experiences with Asus motherboards since 1994 and never had problems with them.
But this laptop is very, unstable, and it was my biggest disappointment of my life with computer.
Crashes several times a day, warm as a hair dryer. When the loading of Windows 7 already had a blue screen and reboot several times, each time you try to use one of the options configuration crashes, I had to do dirt off the power button several times. And people know that corrupts the file system.
‘Unacceptable that Asus put a device on the market this volatile. Especially because it is a device that claims to be the high-performance games.
When playing movies on the display is not smooth, but run almost frame by frame.
On site amazom you can see that they advertise that the equipment is guaranteed worldwide. But this is not true, that guarantee works only in countries that are part of ASUS GSM. And I live in Brazil and my country is not part of GSM. However, they sell products and have offices here and support for other models.
The product page at Amazon. com says that the product is supported 24 hours a day. Anyway, I contacted Asus to help solve my problems, and that the company told me to contact Amazon. com. They’re throwing from side to side.
It’s a shame, I would not recommend to anyone. Be careful before purchasing, because not everything that is written here applies to the whole world.

I bought the previous version of this computer (ASUS G51J-A1) for my son for Christmas. Everything works great except the HDMI output – not drive a LCD TV (Sharp or Samsung). I contacted ASUS support over a week ago, but despite their promise 48hr. response times have not yet received any response. Amazon’s return policy review computer very closely as well, before buying – are of no help, because we have had for more than 30 days. NVIDIA graphics card MFG. does not help because their pension was purchased as part of a computer. And ASUS is simply not responding. In my opinion, as poor customer support makes them all look bad. Buyer beware!
