Good treadmill
I will give this treadmill five stars if the 1st one that I received wasn't broken that I beleive by transportation (shipping). When I received the unit with the box broken around, after assembled and started to test the unit, it was terrible because the sound that came from the motor very lound, there was a damage on walking surface and the cover on the uper left side was broken too. So I decided to call the Amazon to request an exchange but I couldn't find the customer service phone number on their website (I really don't know why amazon don't show their customer servive phone number on their websie). Finally I google searched and I found it. They sent me another machine by another shipping company to replaced the broken one and this time the machine (the 2nd one) was working perfectly!

I really like this treadmill
This treadmill is really easy to put together, I did it all buy myself, I only suggest you put it together in the spot you want it. Is very easy to use and is not noisy. I get a good workout on this treadmill more so then power walking. I highly suggest from a beginners point of view.

Excellent Product
This treadmill exceeds expectations. Only using it now for about a month, but it was quite easy to assemble and get going. Seems to be well worth the money and I am quite happy with purchase. Now all I need is the motivation to get up to 3-5 miles per day which may be a while off, but it will be easy on this fine machine. It seems to be as good a quality as the ones I used at the local gym.

Treadmill
I purchased this treadmill since I had canceled my gym membership and it was too cold to walk much outdoors. I really do love it. I travel extensively and I use a lot of hotel treadmills and ones at gyms and this is just as good as any of them. Very stable and no slippage of the belt (yet.) I also purchased the mat (on wood floors) and the spray for the belt at the same time. My only complaint is the heart monitor. I don't think it is accurate. I know enough about using them at other locations to know just about what my heart rate usually is and it is MUCH lower on this readout. Since I seldom use that it is a small thing.
This weighs a bunch so be ready for help moving it to the room you need it in.
SO FAR, been using it religiously...hope that continues. Will post an update if I have any problems.

I like it but "Its not perfect"
I was looking for treadmill that has plenty of horse power and has a large enough running area for around a thousand dollars and so I took a chance on this lesser known or sold Schwinn brand gym equipment. If I am not mistaken this is very close in specs to the Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill"same company/maker", at the time was two hundred more than the 860. I thought I would go to Local sports store "after the fact". Compared to the six or seven treadmills they sell. There was no comparison to their most expensive treadmill. I have been using it 2-3 times every day for 4 weeks all I can say is, it's quiet, strong and very smooth walking or running. You may want to purchase LifeSpan Fitness 100% Silicone Treadmill Belt Lubricant. I did noticed the belt was not well lubricated when it arrived or it had dried and dissipated. My buddy who works as a trainer at our local rec-center thought it was a great for a home machine as well.
I would have given it five stars except "Its not perfect"
The only thing that bothers me is the programming a course to run, seems very redundant to customize and limited every time you want to run. I would have been willing to pay extra for the ability to save this info to a memory or a flash drive like some higher end models.
As for the rear belt guard that others are leaving off due to (noise) rubbing of the belt. It is poorly designed but does work fine if installed properly. It is adjustable so it doesn't touch the belt.

You may need help moving this thing, its heavy (250 pounds plus). My treadmill was delivered about one week after ordered without issues. The delivery guy took it off the truck and with a palette jack moved it from the truck to inside the garage. I made the mistake of cutting the straps around the box thinking maybe I could move it in pieces. That made it impossible to move by myself because it's folded, partially assembled and couldn't be disassembled without getting into the wiring harness etc. If I had left the box alone I think I could have man handled it up the stares and in the house with out bothering my neighbors.

Customer Reviews

Quite nice for the price
This would be 5 stars if they had used sturdier packing material--Styrofoam just doesn't cut it for a 120-lb bike. When I opened the box it looked like a bomb had gone off inside. Surprisingly, nothing was broken. The tab at the back of the frame where the cross-piece attaches was bent, but when I attached the cross-piece it straightened out. Still, I count myself lucky.

The bike went together easily in about 20 minutes. Like others I found the seat and handlebar adjustment very stiff, but a little silicon spray fixed that.

I'm very pleased with the quality and solidity of the bike. Basically it feels like the twice as expensive bikes I ride at the gym. Like high-end bikes, it has a very solid feel with no sway in the frame, and maybe just a little in the seat and handlebars. I would've liked a fore-aft adjustment on the handlebars, but other than that, it has all the features I could want. Now we get to see how well it holds up over time.

Update: Okay, the saddle broke. One of the two rails bent. No problem for me, as I have plenty of old saddles laying around that are perfect for the spin bike. I am a big guy at 230 lbs, but still... I'm keeping the review at 4 stars for now, until something more important breaks.

A Great Bike for Strenous Workouts!
This is a wonderful spinning bike, just the one fits into my needs - no more gym membership fee and extra gas, but dripping sweat just the same! Shipping was fast and there was no damage on the parts. Most of the main components have been preassembled, so it only took me less than 30 min to set up with complete tools included. The bike is heavy weight and sturdy but easily moved because of the front wheel feature. The tension is easy to transit and gives me plenty of range to "race", and the handlebar does not have wiggly problem like some other brands. Plus, the seat can be adjusted up/down and back/forth, my wife is shorter and I am a tall guy, both of us can ride on the bike comfortably without problem. I am totally satisified with my purchase! I will use this beautiful bike for strenuous indoor workouts for a long time to come!!

Great buy
This bike is a great buy for the price. It is very substantial and the heavy weight lets you be able to get up out of the saddle without worrying about the bike tipping over. Assembly was easy. The seat is not very comfortable but we bought another one at a bike store and it wasn't too expensive. It's pretty easy to move even though it's a heavy bike. Adjusting the seat is a little tough. You have to use your whole weight to move up or down.

A Spinner bike that is Built to Last
Purchased the Phoenix 98623 Revolution exercise bike for my girlfriend, but I get to use it to. Love this bike. It is thoughtfully engineered, heavy duty where it counts, and will probably last a lifetime. Definitely worth the price. I know you can pay thousands for spinner bikes, but not sure what more I could ask for than this 0 wonder. My only complaint is that (like all spinners) the seat is a tad hard and uncomfortable, at least for me and my friend. We solved that by buying an inexpensive gel seat cover.

Phoeix cycle
Bike is just what we wanted. The only problem is it arrived with a badly bend support bracket...haven't contacted Amazon or Phoenix yet to try and replace it.

Good product, a few quirks
I bought the uPro earlier this year and am generally please with it. Inside 100 yards it is very helpful, especially when you find yourself in a less than ideal situation.

The flyovers in Pro Mode are not terribly useful - I echo the comments of many who have asserted that position.

I had a "SD memory error" screen come up. I fixed it in this manner:

followed the user manual directions for formatting the SD card.
powered off, removed battery and SD card
placed battery in unit and turned on
powered off
removed battery
replaced battery and SD card

After powering up, the uPro worked fine and synched.

I would recommend this product to others.

Waste of time for Canadians
I bought the top of the line skycaddie for the wife at the same time as I bought this for myself. I have to end up using her skycaddie or my iphone app golfshot gps because the Upro has so few alberta and BC courses available to it. I've been waiting for over a year and see some courses with 600 requests for someone to map it (Kananaskis for example) yet they don't have anyone to map them. I like the features but frankly feel like I wasted the 0 it cost at the time.
I find both the wife's Skycaddie and Golfshot GPS ap to have the courses I play at while Skycaddie only has about 60% of them. I would look elsewhere.

uPro--Great Buy
This purchase was a great buy--took advantage of the Callaway 0 rebate so the price was really low for a new GPS. Unit works fine although the download program is a little difficult to manage. I have a Bushnell GPS also and it is easier to download courses, but there's also a yearly fee. I had difficulty getting the download system to work with my desktop (laptop worked fine), but now I know the procedure so it's ok. The uPro does not have additional "usage" costs unless you want the extras--which are really not required. The unit is compact and works fine--but you still have to hit the shot! Bummer!

Not a bad 1 trick pony
Ive used it for about a month.

Pros:Cool previews, accurate, measure feature rocks, good in any light even in wet siuations, Im glad to have it in my set up.

Cons:Screen is a little small,my home course has some holes reversed, too expensive for a one use toy, A Droid we a free golf app would have been wiser.

Upgraded --and now unbeatable!
I agonized for months over which golf GPS unit to get, all having their advantages and disadvantages. I finally decided to go for the Callaway uPro with its smaller, lighter size and ProMode real course views and distance measurements from point to any point on the hole (at an extra cost per course). I wished that it had score and statistical record-keeping capability and a virtual view of the green, and not just front, center and back numbers, in the BasicMode (which is free to download.) Still, without these I have been extremely pleased with the uPro.

So when I logged on today to add a course, I see that my wishes have been granted, in the upgrade to the new 4.0 software and the score keeper upgrade now available. After installing these upgrades, this baby is as close to perfect as I can imagine. GO FOR IT!!!

Great Machine, but not much options in Display
It is a great machine, very safe, but you do not have enought options in the display, just a few programs
the measure unit only in miles, the programs are not easy to use.

Nautilus T516
We replaced our 15 yr. old NordicTrak with this Nautilus. I was having some tendonitis in my calves and Achilles on our NordicTrak that I contributed to old age (46yrs). I have not had any leg issues since I've used the Nautilus; I guess the cushioning of the NordicTrak was affecting me negatively. The Nautilus treadmill is extremely quiet so we don't have to turn up the stereo. It has incredible range for speed and incline unlike many others. This is an incredible machine for the price!

Missing Parts
It has been a month and broken missing parts still have not been shipped.
I now own a 1200.00 PAPER WEIGHT.
Avoid this at all cost.

An Awesome Treadmill with a couple of issues.
I have been using this treadmill since Jan 03, 2010. It was delivered on a wood pallet and left in my driveway. It weighs around 220 lbs and you definitely need at least two if not three people to move this to whatever room you need to assemble it in. I'm 29 yrs old,6ft tall and 195lbs and I ordered this because I needed the treadmill to accommodate my stride at a full sprint and be able to support my weight. This treadmill has been able to do all of this with room to spare. This is a heavy duty treadmill and it provides a right amount of cushioning and dampens the impacts of running and my knees and ankles don't take to much of a beating after my sessions. There are a couple of issues though that I don't like about the treadmill. The treadmill makes an audible beep after every minute that you have been running. This is not a deal breaker but like many of you out there I try not to pay too much attention on the elapsed time and cover the display with a towel but that "beep" always lets me know that another minute just went by and it just annoys me that I can't turn that off. Also, there are only five buttons for the speed selection, 2,4,6,8,10. It goes up a liitle faster than 10 but those are the buttons that are on the main display. I like to do interval training and run from 6.5 mph to 11.5 back and forth. So I have to do a lot of button pressing to achieve this. There are to many increments that this machine goes off of.For example at the gym treadmills to go from the previous stated speeds, 6.5 to 11.5 and back, from 6.5 i would just be able to punch in 1-1-.-5-enter and I am running at 11.5mph. On this treadmill from 6.5 to 11.5 I have to press, 10,enter,and manually increase the speed by a tenth of a mile from 10mph,10.1,10.2,10.3,10.4,10.5,10.6,10.7,etc. until I get to 11.5mph. So this is pretty tedious especially when I have been doing a couple of rounds and I'm getting tired. I probably wouldn't have bought this treadmill if I had known about these two issues but the treadmill still gives me the ability to train on it aggressively and not have to worry that its going to break. Overall a good piece of gear.

Nautilus Treadmill T516
The only problem with it is that the bar in front is too far forward if you like to hold it while walking. My feet hit the front of the treadmill so I can only use the side arms for holding on to.

nice scooter, lousy battery life
Sturdy, well-made scooter. I was careful to fully charge and then discharge the battery from the very beginning, following the directions to a T. But after only a month and a half there's a noticeable decrease in battery capacity. Maybe half of what it was originally. Very disappointing.

Chain doesn't line up...
This is my second scooter. The first was an IZip 400 bought last year. The charger failed on that scooter (which the company replaced) and it did well for the rest of the summer. Now the throttle is failing, so I decided to get a new scooter.

I bout the Ezip 500 through Amazon. Since I was familiar with the design - assembly wasn't a problem. I noticed the box wasn't in the best condition - most of the staples weren't secure - and mainly tape was holding it together. One part that does come assembled is the wheel and motor assembly. I noticed my rear wheel didn't rotate. A bolt from the motor mount was interfering with the rear wheel sprocket. I backed out the screw and the wheel rotated. It still sounded awful. I discovered the motor and rear wheel are out of alignment by at least 1 cm (close to 1/2 inch). I don't know why exactly the alignment is so far off. Simple adjustments didn't work. I'm still trying to fix it.

So - two scooters, two problems. Once they are working they are great, but the company obviously has quality problems. I would buy at a local store with a good return policy rather than through the mail.

Ok But there are better values eleswhere.
I owned one of these scooters and all and all it was OK. Some what under powered and lacking much in the way of features. Let my 10yr. old Grandson ride it and bought a Super Turbo 800watt Elite scooter. You can't fairly compare these scooters. The Elite is nearly 8mph faster,it has full suspension with shocks front and rear and a great seat. The clincher is it only cost around 0.00 more and includes increditable service and tech support. You won't find a better value on a scooter for your hard earned dollars. Check it out at "Super Cycles & Scooters". Buy the way after my Grandson saw the Super Turbo Elite he lost interest in the e zips and is now ridding a Elite. As a matter of fact it's hard to get him off it. He says it's "Way Cool Pop's"! Tell Chris Jim Butler sent you and I assure you you won't regret the purchase.

Awesome!
It was good for the price and fun to ride around the neighborhood. It was simple to assemble and the battery lasts a while if you use it right. Goes up hills nicely. Now his brother wants one too!

hours of fun!!!!
We got this for my 9 year old. It is the second one we bought for our children. It is a great scooter. It has good speed, a wide deck, and durable. It takes a bit to get used to the brake but other than that it is perfect. She zips around the neighborhood, around the lake and can keep up with me on my runs. Love it!

90%
I bot this E750 a month ago, so far it works very good. With my weight, about 170 pounds, I sometimes use it to go to work, about 3.5 miles one way, it works very fine back and forth. My two kids, 11 & 9, they zip around our neighborhood and the parks, they love it too. The only minus is it is pretty heavy.

It's what every 13 year old needs.
I'm 13 and it's the most fun I've ever had!!!!! It was kind of hard to decide on what color, but silver caught my eye. In the neighborhood I live in they do have speedbumps, but there are gaps in between them. The speed limit is like, oh I don't know 5mph or something, but everyone goes way faster. The good news is I've never got in trouble or wrecked, the bad news is I was at the other end of the neighborhood when it started pouring, great timing right? well anyways it screwed up the throttle and we had to get it fixed, plus my back tire went down three times... but when you live in orlando, ya gotta expect rain. It works fine and I love it. SO, to all you parents out there, buy it for your kids. To all you kids out there, talk your parents into getting it! :) Oh yeah, it might be illegal to ride it on public roads and sidewalks, so stick to private property, or if you live here, try Disney's Lodge/Fort area!

Fun!!!!!!!!!!!!
The shocks for the front wheel are very bouncy, and it has a very long battery life. Drives about 15 miles per hour, and the seat is very comfortable.

REALLY GREAT SCOOTER
I am 13 and i reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally love this scooter. It has great handling and awesome speed. if your under 130 lbs it easily goes 20 mph. Package showed up with no damage and had all the pieces. People who write bad reviews on this scooter are all very wrong. If you are skeptical about buying this scooter because of a bad review then don't be. it is a really well made fine piece of equipment. I ride mine on grass, gravel, and blacktop. Don't worry about the tires popping because it is really tough rubber. All in all i highly recommend this scooter, because it has far exceeded all of my expectations!

Unsafe at any speed
This electric scooter wobbles uncontrollably, as we found out. My daughter's friend was riding this scooter at half speed when it wobbled dramatically, crashing and breaking both her front teeth. I tested it and there is a lot of front wheel wobble at faster speeds. The design of the front wheel assembly of this scooter is dangerous. Too bad, since the rest of it looks to be well made. It is going in the trash. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Quality Control Failure
Because I am so fond of Garmin products I didn't want to believe some of the reviews describing the difficulty of reading the Garmin, G5 Approach display. Mostly because there seem to be an equal amount of reviews describing poor visibility and at the same time praising the device without mentioning the display. I thought surely Garmin R & D or Quality Control representatives actually took the G5 out in all weather conditions and would have surely noticed such poor visibility - so I paid the 0 and waited with anticipation. Only I was quickly disappointed that while in the sun, shade or cart, I found myself straining to see clearly the displayed information. It was even more apparent when I stood next to my golfing partner and compared his SkyCaddie - it was ridiculously clearer!

I regretfully returned this GPS to Amazon at a 15% loss in the refund amount. Although I want a golf GPS desperately, I will wait for Garmin to come out with a newer version that should at least have a brightness and/or contrast display adjustment. I love the fact that after paying for the unit, there are no additional fees for subscriptions or downloads.

Excluding the display, everything else about the G5 is fantastic however, not being able to read the information on the screen is something that can't be overcome!

Expected More
The device works fine, but I expected more for 0.

Screen - Many complaints have been written about the screen. While it's not the best I've seen, it does the job. Yes, sometimes I had to move it slightly because of the sun, but no big deal. The screen size and detail are more than adequate for an average golfer.

Functionality, GPS - Overall, I'd say this was good. After the unit acquired the satelites, it offered me list of the closest courses. Since I normally turn it on at the clubhouse, the course I was playing was listed on top. You then enter the "play" mode and it shows you an overview of the first hole. If you are starting on a different hole, just use the arrow buttons on the screen to cycle through the holes. When you complete a hole, the unit automatically advances to the next. I liked the automatic hole advance feature, but you can turn it off if you like.

Functionality, scoring - The unit can keep score for up to 4 players. You press the upper left corner of the screen to access the score. This was fairly easy to learn and I liked the feature.

Functionality, statistics - I was really looking forward to the statistics feature. I don't have a good feel for how far I hit each club, so I thought this would help my game. The statistics area had several issues. The biggest problem is that it locked up on me twice while trying to enter the data. On both occassions, nothing was lost but I did have to "reboot". Another problem is that you're limited to woods and irons. I carry both a 5 iron and 5 hybrid. The statistics won't let me differentiate between the 2.

Battery - Maybe I just got a bad unit, but my batteries barely lasted a full round. After my first round, we went back to the clubhouse to compare scores. I tried pulling my score up on the gps and it would die. Fortunately, it saves your last round in memory, so I was able to retrieve everything once I got back to the house. Other reviewers have stated they can get 2 rounds out of a set of batteries, so maybe I had a defective unit.

Summary - I definitely liked the unit overall. I returned it due to it locking up, but I haven't heard any other complaints about this happening, so I'm assuming mine was defective. However, even without the lockups, I don't think this is worth 300. If it were closer to 100, I probably would have asked for an exchange instead of a refund. But for 300, I expect a lot more than what the Garmin offers.

G5 VS SG3 Skycaddie
I have used a SkyCaddie SG3 for the past few years. This year they raised the annual fee from . to . and I got fed up. I purchased a Garmin G5 that has no annual fee and I am very pleased. The picture is in color, gives you a view of the total hole and has much more detail that the SG3. If I want to get a yardage to any spot on the hole all I do is place my finger tip on the spot and you will immediately get the yardage from where you are to the spot and them from the spot to the green. The SG3 will only give you info to certain selected spots. the Garmin will keep your scores and the number of puts as well as the number of fairways hit. They have thousands of coursed preloaded and when they add more you don't have to pay any charge. I am well satisfied.

Garmin
Garmin is a great GPS and there is not a monthly fee. However the course yardage was too small for my eyes.

Finally a functioning golf gps...
This is the best golf GPS I've used, I had owned 2 iGolf units prior and they were a non-functioning nightmare - so was their customer service, they totally suck. The Garmin G5 however is awesome, no yearly membership fees, You can zoom in and pick points to check the distance. So far it's been 100% on the money w/ sprinkler head distance markers. This thing rules, buy it!

Trampolines should be taken off the market
Trampolines should be taken off the market

Trampoline manufacturers know their product is being used by most customers in an unsafe manner. Two weeks ago to this day an adult member of my family found out the hard way how dangerous this product, one that lurks in every wholesale club around the nation, can be. He almost lost his life. It will never be the same.

A 'face plant' fall resulted from re-bounce on the trampoline and he suffered a Central Cord Syndrome injury. Google that one and find out what he and I and the rest of our family, including his wife and children now know: Dad will never be the same and may never walk nor use his hands again. His C5 has been removed, a result of the accident, but while that surgery hit an artery and almost killed him outright, the herniated disk removal did not change the health of his spinal cord.

It all happened innocently. Children around the neighborhood can be seen jumping on trampolines. Three, four, five kids. They play a game called "popcorn" where all jump to bound a sitting child, seated in the center, into the air. A drive through the neighborhood made two things clear: 1) There are a growing number of trampolines, no doubt due to aggressive marketing; 2) Multiple children jump on them.

Yes, there are apparently fine print safety instructions worded just right... as in just right to keep the manufacturers away from liability in lawsuits. No, there is no system to keep more than one person off of a trampoline. Yes, my contention is that manufacturers are aware that their product is used customarily in an unsafe manner.

My family now has a handicapped person. A family man, he just lost his livelihood as a mechanic. One that may be incontinent, unable to walk or use his hands for the rest of his life because he did not know the danger posed by this product.

Trampolines are professional gym equipment that has no place in the hands of consumers. Like cigarette company executives, the makers know their product is unsafe. Almost 100,000 people find that out every year. Like my family member, sudden tragedy is only a moment away when one owns a trampoline.

Great trampoline for kids 12 and under
We got this about a week ago and even though the weather has not been very warm outside yet our four girls are on it every day. This is our families' first trampoline and I have to say that it's a pretty good one to start out with if you have little kids. I got the biggest one I could find because I wanted them to have plenty of room to bounce around without knocking heads. I know its best if only one at a time jumps but, come on, what's the fun in that? With the side netting and plenty of room to bounce around it's relatively safe.

I'm a big guy and pretty mechanically minded and I've put trampolines together before for my sister but it's really easy to do. It only took me a little more than an hour to do put this together by myself. I wanted to surprise the kids when they got back from school. Here are some tips:

WEAR GLOVES! There are a lot of pinch points you can get your hands really hurt on and the metal bars are really dirty. They've got some kind of metal grindings and oil all over them and if that gets into a cut you can forget about that ever healing up.

When putting the black bouncing pad on the frame only install 1 out of every 4 or 6 springs the first time around depending on how strong you are, and then slowly add more as you go around. So put one on and skip 3 to 5 spots than put another one on and do this all the way around first. This way you are not having the world's hardest tug of war with 50 springs as you go around to the other side. It does come with a hook tool for putting the springs on but if you do this than you really don't need to use it.

I wouldn't recommend this for older kids only because the frame is small and the joints don't look like they could handle too much lateral pressure from big kids jumping from one side of the tramp to the other. They are probably going to need to be spot welded in a few years. I'm about 250 lbs and the tramp will hold me but it sways a lot.

FIRST TIME TRAMPOLINE BUYERS I'm sure, like me, you've done some research online and probably have read or heard of some pretty negative things about trampolines and enquires. They are all true! I grew up around trampolines and have had and seen some really bad enquires. The worst are falling off the tramp or landing on the bar. With the netting on this one and the padding it limits that possibility. Could it happen? You bet'cha! So use your head. The other is back enquires from jumping. If your kids have not jumped on a trampoline much they probably don't have the core muscles needed. Let them bounce at their own pace before rocketing them into the stratosphere to build the support they need.

The health benefits for cardiovascular function have been well documented regarding rebounding on a trampoline. Plus you throw in the fun they can have while doing something. Bumps and bruises happen but it's a great way to learn in your Childs development.

great customer service.....haven't been able to use the product
Unfortunately we haven't been able to use this trampoline yet because of the weather....can't wait til spring! But I will say that the customer service for the trampoline has been great. It did take three attempts to get the trampoline here in one piece but Bounce Rite was way ahead of the game. Before I even knew that the first one had been damaged by Fed Ex they had already sent me a second one. When the second one was returned by Fed Ex because of damage in shipment two days before Christmas, Bounce Rite sent me a third trampoline shipped express air so that it would have a chance to arrive before Christmas. It did and my son got the gift that he wanted for Christmas. The trampoline arrived no worse for wear even though the boxes had seen better days. From my inspection of the components everything looks to be very well constructed and I can only hope that the performance of the product comes close to matching the performance of the company's customer service. If I can I will update this when we get everything set up.
