Okay, I bought this battery thinking it would be nice to upgrade my Acer Aspire One 3 cell battery for a larger capacity. Now I’m not a stupid person and I realized that was not going to fit exactly like the spare battery did. I did not know that they make an active effort to ensure that this battery fits into the laptop in the most inconvenient possible.
Only so potential buyers know, I have an 8. 9-inch Acer Aspire One, and this does extend the battery out, but down. What I mean is that this 9cell bulky That £ 2 clicks and raises the rear of 3inches laptop off a desk (desk and lap I say Because this battery makes it impossible to use this comfortably on your lap). Now this isn’t bad for those who want to use the laptop on a table only. However, if you bought a laptop that is compatible with and want to use the desktop only, you’re stupid.
In short do-not-buy-this-battery! We want your laptop perfectly comfortable (Acer Aspire One hat is the best purchase I ever made) and turns it into a plastic piece of junk with an obnoxious boss tumoresque that makes it impossible to use comfortably again.

Battery works as advertised and last 2. 5 times longer running time. It ’s more high profile than normal in my cell at low capacity. But the battery is higher, tilts the keyboard up at an angle of easy typing on a flat surface and makes it easy to carry around the netbook. Can not complaint much about it because of the size given more hours getting.

I have an Aspire One with 3G, and now get about 8 hours on a charge with this battery. I feel like the arrangement of cells Within the battery makes it much more often than not need to be straight-why go down (adding an inch in thickness), which could have bent under the bottom of the netbook? The weight is not really a problem, as the whole package of jumbo Netbook + battery is still relatively light, but is prohibitive thickness (to the point where I can not fit into the same folder that I used).
