Well after 2 days of emailing and calling manufacturer for help and not a response to both are back this piece of garbage through amazon who like usuall are excellent returns.
Same scooter horror show is put together in a box -parts all over the place, if we consider screw strip-given tools are useless etc etc. Keep battery charge does not have more than 10 minutes, tried everything and still zero in customer service.
; not understand or you’ll be sorry!

I owned one of these scooters and all and all was OK. Anything under fed and without much in terms of functionality. My 10yr. Grandson old ride and bought a scooter 800watt Elite Super Turbo. One can not fairly compare these scooters. The Elite is almost eight mph faster, full suspension with front and rear shock absorbers and a great place. The clincher is just a cost of about $ 100. 00 more and includes increditable service and technical support. You will not find a better value on a scooter for your hard earned dollars. Check it out at Super Cycles and Scooters. Buy the way, after my nephew saw the Super Turbo Elite has lost interest in and zip and is now releasing a Elite. It is a fact is hard to do outside it. He says he is “Way Cool Pop! Tell Chris Butler sent Jim and I assure you will not regret buying.

Strong, well made scooter. I was careful to fully charge and then discharge the battery from the outset, following the directions to a T. But after only a month and a half there is a noticeable decrease in battery capacity. Perhaps half of what it was. Very disappointing.

This is my second scooter. The first was a 400 IZip bought last year. The charger failed on that scooter (which it replaced) and has done well for the rest of the summer. Now the gas is failing, so I decided to have a new scooter.

I attack the EZIP 500 through Amazon. Since I was familiar with the design – assembly was not a problem. I noticed the box was not in the best condition – most items are not safe – and above the tape held it together. A party that does not come assembled and the wheel and engine mounting. I noticed my rear wheel spinning. A bolt from the motor mount was interfering with the sprocket on the rear wheel. I supported the screw and the wheel rotated. It still sounded terrible. I found the engine and rear wheel are out of alignment at least 1 cm (near 1 / 2 inch). I do not know exactly why the alignment is so far away. simple adjustments did not work. I’m still trying to solve the problem.

So – two scooters, two problems. Once you are working with are great, but the company obviously has quality problems. I would buy in a local shop with a policy of good performance rather than through the mail.

It ‘was good for the price and fun to drive around the neighborhood. It ‘was easy to mount and the battery lasts a bit’ if you use it well. Okay uphill. Now his brother wants too!
