It ’s a story of an expensive Christmas gift (a machine Jura Capresso), a wife who would not say they do not like at all, and a husband who (almost) always keep the original packaging. In short, about two months after purchase, I inquired about my options back (No, no original packaging to return). Three e-mails later (I told you I returned without original packaging?), I receive a full refund. Purchases from this seller (1st in Coffee), with the confidence that they treat you more fairly than we can reasonably expect. Class act all around!

This machine is wonderful. So glad I made this purchase. I no longer spend money at Starbucks.

I gave 2 stars to this machine because we really do not like. My husband and I admit lying as the strongest coffee. We could not get the coffee strong enough if we did 2 (double) espresso. So, needless to say that we were burning the coffee thrown.

Now I will say this machine has worked well and was very easy to use. I hated to give up, but we tried all kinds of coffee and did not seem to help.

We are back to drip coffee and bought a Cuisinart Grind and Brew. Until now, the coffee was great. Cuisinart DGB-900BC Grind-and-Brew Thermal 12-Cup Automatic Coffee, brushed chrome / black

I like the ENA does not require any counter space. It’s small, stylish, compact, and makes any kind of coffee drink imaginable. I also appreciate its power management features.

this is a good machine for lazy people like me. . . I want a cup NOW. . . I do not want to decorate a beer or go to a coffee shop. . . so. . . that fills the Capresso. . .

Anyway. . . is only a cup of tea Joe Average. . . it makes a real espresso. . . makes a strong cup of coffee using the best of a press first. . . but. . . you will not get what you’d expect from an espresso bar. . .

Second. . . the coffee comes out hot. . . ed. . . there is no temperature control. . . I do not mind my coffee black, the temperature is. . . but. . . If you add any ceamer cold from the fridge or use a cold cup. . . makes coffee too cold. . . so. . . If you like hot coffee. . . this is NOT the machine for you. . .

Hold water and beans are too small. . . I use the beans really well that I’m fat. . . every time I use the machine I use a stick to mix the beans so I’ll go down the chute to the grinder. . . the tank is ridiculously small. . . certainly the cabinet is large enough to accommodate a water supply greater. . . and the water is on the back. . . which means that you have to turn the car around to fill it. . . It ’s just uncomfortable and a nuisance. . .

I have not used the nozzle. . . nozzle so easy to fall and I have visions of effervescence and spraying foam everywhere causing a major cleaning. . . I’m not into that. . .
