It ’s a great car, very safe, but you do not have enought display options, only some programs
the unit only in miles, the programs are not easy to use.

The only problem is that the bar in front is too far forward, if you hold it while walking. My feet hit the front of the treadmill so you can only use the side arms for holding on.

We replaced our 15 yr. NordicTrak old with this Nautilus. I was having some tendinitis in my Achilles and calf on our NordicTrak that I contributed to old age (46yrs). I had no problems in the legs since I used the Nautilus, I guess the padding NordicTrak affect me negatively. The Nautilus treadmill is extremely quiet so you do not have to raise the stereo. It ’s amazing range of speed and gradient unlike many others. This is an incredible machine for the price!

Got the treadmill a couple of weeks ago and love it! It was easy to assemble, heavy, but we have not had any problems. I use to run and is very solid. I like the fans, because you can control the flow of air. It has many programs to choose from. The ability to control the speed and tilt of the handlebars is also a really nice feature. The only setback that is difficult to move.
