I was so? excited about my bike! I did some ‘research and read all the positive reviews on Amazon. The box? arrived at was not ruined everything, and seemed to be surrounded by well-packaged polystyrene. However there are several dents in the metal. Some of them are just cosmetic and I was willing to overlook. The quick release knob? been broken, the company? was ready to post another at no cost. But there ‘? its replacement now. . . handlebars only get to a certain height because? the base of the stem form in surplus? bent. Are so? angry at everything and do not even want to do with returning it. (I live a couple of flights of stairs and do not want to ask another person to help me push the bike 125? Again to send it back.) Hopefully I will continue? to take my frustration with the bike and I get my $ 500 use out of it. I’m just confused about how the company can? Motorbike garage with lots of bent parts obvious.

I am a bit ‘upset. Bought this bike as a gift to a loved one, the April? and one of the knob was broken into pieces. Called Customer Service in early January and said that I would receive within 7-10 working days, a month later, I still have not received. And called again? been told they are on back order now. I drew a couple of hours more? and later said he did not have documents I always order the bike? They are angry with their customer service, especially because? this? was a gift! I do not think I would ever order? new knowledge that can not keep their word about when they would forward it, especially not even call me to let me know it was on back order when I’m here waiting for a package. I have no idea what I am doing now.

Phoenix 98623 Revolution purchased the bike for my girlfriend, but I get to use it. I love this bike. And ‘thoughtful engineering, heavy where it counts, and probably for life. Definitely worth the price. I know that? You can pay thousands of top bike but not? sure what more could I ask? for this marvel of $ 600. My only complaint? that (like all spinners), the seat? a little hard and uncomfortable, at least for me and my friend. We solved that by buying a cheap gel seat cover.

This bike? came in great condition with nothing broken or damaged. The race? and adjust the resistance? easily adjustable for a quick change to interval training and spinning. The assembly was not bad, it comes with the necessary tools and parts are hard already? mounted. A great indoor exercise machine.
