This product has never worked. I call tech support and after a test with my multimeter SI decided that I needed a new element, and said that one was on the road. After a week, nothing. I called to follow and they told me they now think that does not need this. I’ve lost a week of waiting for a part that does not? never been sent. Customer service tried to convince me that they were doing me a favor not to enter a party that would not have fixed my problem. However, if I had not called I would not ever know that? been sent.
