I love my Vestax VCI-300, and it is as good as other reviews say it, but there are a few fundamental flaws. . .
1. Headphone. The headphone amplifier is not sufficient for mixing aloud at parties, clubs, etc. Serato has introduced a software update that helped to improve the gain on the headphone volume but at the end of the day the hardware is inadequate this area. Moreover, there is no division opportunity to put the monitor in one ear and the program of others.
2. Microphone input. The sound card can not handle MCing live via the mic input. Depending on how you set the buffer, the microphone is almost unbearable or a delay or sound quality fizzes out and it sounds like you are talking through a speaker blowing. Because of this, I always carry extra hardware to route the output of the VCI-300 through another mixer to obtain a reasonable quality mix of music and microphone (s). Very annoying.

I just got my Vestax VCI 300 is still just messing with it. So far so good. Its robust and durable heavy really. The glossy black finish is kinda annoying because of the fingerprints, but over all a good DJ controllers expensive!

I had this for a week. The first day I played with him for about three hours non-stop and it worked great. The day after he played one for about two hours and I had a small hiccup in the system, but I have not had any problems. I used this for about 10 hours. As it is I love this thing. It works great and you’re really able to scratch with this. No other sound effect and reverse the imposition of these points as a sample.
